CosyPane provides made-to-order DIY glazing kits based on the options and sizes selected by the customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All measurements provided are accurate
- You understand the product is self-installed (DIY)
- You have reviewed the product details before purchasing
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to:

- Correct pricing errors if they occur
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
4. Custom Products
Many CosyPane products are custom-cut to size.
Because of this:
- Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged
- We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer
