At CosyPane, each kit is prepared based on your selected size and components. Because of this, our processing and delivery times may differ slightly from standard products.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days.

This allows time for:

  • Cutting panels to size
  • Preparing your selected kit components
  • Quality checks before dispatch

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer - but we’ll always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–4 working days (UK mainland)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays can occur during peak periods or due to courier issues

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

We aim to keep delivery costs as fair as possible while ensuring your panels are:

  • Properly protected
  • Safely transported

4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details

If an order is returned due to this, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email cosypane@gmail.com
  • Include photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review and arrange a replacement if needed.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We’ll investigate with the courier and update you
